First off our server Colby was Great very nice and Courteous. I had ordered a drink and I wanted a straw so I went to the bar to ask bartender for a straw and she wasn't very nice she didn't smile, she looked a little uptight. When you're dealing with the public you have to be courteous and smile
I feel she's in the wrong position I watched her throughout the night and I didn't see her smile once. I'm not sure what her name was but she had really dark lipstick she looks like a Homegirl
Hopefully they hire someone that's nice and smiles

Items ordered came in boxes that clearly showed the food was prepared in haste and not to specifications. There was sauce all over every box. The wings were not extra wet as requested only the outside of the boxes were.  The drops of sauce on the wings were dry by the time it reached us as well.  This is the second time their product has arrived this way.  We rejected the delivery and asked for a refund via doordash.

Based on our experiences with this place and just reading through the other reviews, it is clear that management is not doing their job.  There is no quality control of the products leaving your establishment.  At minimum have pride in the location you manage and hold your employees accountable for the less than par service rendered.

We are regular BWW customers and will probably continue to be, but we question our patronage to this location while under such mediocre management.

We came here for dinner on a Tuesday evening around 7 pm. It was not busy, but we still had to wait for ten minutes to be seated. Once seated, our waitress, Allie, helped us right away. She was very understanding of our kids, and came back multiple times to check on us.

We ordered chips and salsa to start. From the description in the menu it seemed like it was going to be a fresh pico de gallo, but what we got seemed like canned salsa with a tiny pig of fresh pico on top. We also ordered the mini corn dogs. They were yummy and the mustard they came with was very good. All three of our kids ordered the Mac and cheese (no surprise). One got fries, one for buffalo chips, and the other got fruit (just a small container of canned mandarin oranges). One of our kids said the Mac and cheese barely tasted like anything. Tuesday's are buy one get one free with traditional wings, so we each ordered a small and a single small side of fries. We had ordered our kids food before ours, and then we took a while to decide. By the time our food came (not their fault, totally ours), our kids were done and ready to go, and we were too. We asked Allie for to go containers and we packed everything up and headed out.

We ate our wings in our hotel room. I got half honey bbq and half garlic parm. The garlic parm ones were surprisingly very spicy. Delicious, but tough for me to eat. The honey bbq were nice and slightly sweet. My husband got half jammin jalapeño and half the Asian something flavor. He liked both. The carrots they came with were very dry, like they had come out of a bag hours earlier.

Allie was really wonderful and kind. Very helpful.

Not all Buffalo wild wing restaurants are created equal.
This is by far the best BWW restaurant we have been to and they did not disappoint with service or food portions.

When we arrived we were greeted by 2 young ladies they were very nice and  friendly.
have to wait for a table although we did ask for a booth but the server for the table area was next so we sat at the table and it worked out for the best after all..
The server came and promptly took order for our beverages, I was expecting to wait a while as the previous reviews had mentioned.
And quickly we recieved them..Wow !!!

We all ordered Wings in different flavors and sides like salad, fries and mac n cheese.
My daughter ordered flats only and there was no extra charge. That's was great too.
After about 15 minutes our food arrived it seemed very quick to us.

Every single time we order food here there is an error. Tonight, I've had enough of this incompetence. I spoke to the manager, Nicolas, and he was totally apathetic towards the issue. They will remake the sandwich while the rest of my food sits and gets cold. I decided, no, this isn't going to suffice, so I let him know I want a refund and forget about the food. He was glad to resolve the situation by refunding me and then showing me on the receipt how he "comped" our meal. Oh, no sir! When you comp someone's meal, that means you cover the cost of the meal and you still get your food. Yeah, no, that didn't happen. Money back, no food. Fine! No worries, you've lost another customer BDubs.
